12 Warren Street is a collection of 13 LEED certified luxury residences in Tribecca, NY. The building was developed, designed and constructed by DDG Partners.
The distinct facade utilized everything from sawn, thermal, natural, and drill hole edges. Lengths ranging from 3′ to 16′ were incorporated in the design. The facade was painstakingly laid out on the ground before installation. Although this project was a challenge, it turned out to be a rewarding experience.
